I started with the base that wraps around the neck to around the back. Due to the wire having a coating, I had to dremel the wire at all the joint points.
Soldered the first joint at center back.
I worked my way around, soldering the spokes joints from back to front.

Soldered the top wire at all the spoke points.
End crated by looping the end wire and soldering to secure the loop.

Wrapped tulle around the frame.
Hand sewed the mesh to the tulle
